Why Live Here?

Because we're a smaller, close-knit community, you won't find the heavy through-traffic you see elsewhere. That means our streets are a safe, peaceful place to take an evening stroll, where you'll often bump into neighbors tending their gardens or washing their cars. We really pride ourselves on watching out for each other -- it's the kind of neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone, and we work hard to keep it that way!

Everything you need is close! We're just a mere eight minutes from great local shopping like Target, Harris Teeter, veterinarian services, Jersey Mike's and other good local restaurants, or eight minutes to the charm of downtown Waxhaw and the ever popular Maxwell's Tavern, Mary O'Neill's Irish Pub, and Overhead Bridge and so much more!

Where Are We?

Brantley Oaks of Union County is located 20 miles SSE of uptown Charlotte (as the crow flies) and about six miles from the South Carolina border to the west. We are centrally located between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

Updated Community Entrance!

The community entrance underwent it's first major update since our community began over 25 years ago! We are proud of where we live and enjoy the serenity of a quiet neighborhood, where homeowners take pride and care of their home and surroundings. It is no wonder that Brantley Oaks is widely sought by local realtors!
